Health and fitness isn’t all about the skinny, it’s about finding your own individual journey to living a purposeful healthy long life. I think you should know the end result that you’re looking for but also understand that you need to take a certain route to get there. We have to create a route that makes sense to our lifestyle and not someone else.

Even if you decide not to work out and change your eating habits, everything will still change! Like Nikki Giovanni said “the only question is growing up or decaying.” If your answer is growing up then do what it takes to eat healthy and workout. I created a 3 day workout chart to help you plan for next week. Working out 3 days a week is a realistic start to fitness. Each week I will put it in my notebook so I can keep record of my progress. Let’s give ourselves a star whenever we accomplish something…I mean why not!

Even if you only complete 1 day of workout in a week (me this week), its okay, there is always the next day. As long as your next day isn’t everyday. We have to push ourselves to the next level by any means necessary. If you like working out in the morning but hate getting out of bed, sleep in your workout pants and top, if you work out after work, change into your workout gear before you leave the office. Whatever it takes…let’s just do it!
